แนวทางส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง ของอาสาสมัครพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ในศตวรรษที่ 21

Abstract

This research is use data collection of Mix method research. The research purpose were : 1) Study the conditions and the needs to Enhancement of Learning Participation for Homeless Protection of Social Development and Human Security Volunteers in 21st century. 2) To Enhancement of Learning Participation for Homeless Protection of Social Development and Human Security Volunteers in 21st century.  Which data collection include, Quantitative data collection .The sampling  study 332 people of Social Development and Human Security Volunteers .(SDHSV) By questionnaires, and data analyze using descriptive statistics such as Percentage, mean and standard deviation. And Qualitative data collected from the Key informants interviews of 6 people, consisting of 1 people of Social Development and Human Security Volunteers Staff. and 5 people of Social Development and Human Security Volunteers leaders for explore basic information. And focus group with 12 Key informants, consisting of 6 people of the homeless protection staff and 6 people of Social Development and Human Security Volunteers, who analyzed the data with content analysis. The result revealed that overall, 1. Condition of Learning Participation Include, Planning, project and activities Implementation, Benefit and Evaluation at the low level.  And needs of Enhancement Learning Participation Include, Planning, project and activities Implementation, Benefit and Evaluation It was found a high level. 2.Guideline to Enhancement for Learning Participation for Homeless Protection of Social Development and Human Security Volunteers in 21^st century have a elements such as Community based (SDHSV), Readiness to learn, Network learning, Empowerment, Use experience and Teamwork learning. Inclusive of Step and Process as follow 1) Planning 2) Action 3) Valuable  and 4) Evaluation .
