-   Complaints should contain clear and complete information, together with supporting evidence where available.

-   The Editorial Office will keep all complaints strictly confidential and use the information solely for the purpose of investigation and resolution.

Procedures Following a Complaint

 

-   The Editorial Office will carefully and impartially review the facts of the case.

-   The outcome of the review and any corrective measures will be communicated to the complainant within a reasonable timeframe.

-   In more complex or sensitive cases, the matter may be referred to the Editorial Board or an appropriate committee for further consideration.
