Quality of Work Life of Operational Level Personnel Automotive Industry Group Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Case Study Amata City Industrial Estate Chonburi

Abstract

            The purposes of this research were to study personal factors and quality of life in operation of operational personnel; compare the quality of life in the work of personnel at the operational level Classified by personal factors; and relationship between personal factors and quality of life in operation of operational personnel of automotive industry group in Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC): A case study at Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate. The research was quantitative research. A total of 400 questionnaires were used with the sample, which was chosen using simple random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, On-Way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation, and LSD.

            The research results were found that most of the sample was male, ranging in age from 31 to 40 years old, married status, secondary level graduation, more than 10 years of experiences, 3-5 years of employment in an organization, and a salary of 25,001-30,000 baht. The quality of life in operation of operational personnel was overall high. The good environment and security were the highest average. The difference of personal characteristics such as age, educational level, position, job experience, years of employment in an organization, and compensation all had an impact on quality of life in operation of operational personnel with the statistical significance of 0.05. The personal factors in terms of educational level, job experience, and compensation had     a correlation with the quality of life in operation of operational personnel with the statistical significance of 0.05.
