Guidelines for Graduated for production students of Aircraft Mechanics of the Aircraft Mechanics Training Institute in Thailand

This research objectives: 1) to analyze the factors of production management of aircraft technicians of the Aircraft Mechanics Training Institute that affect the characteristics of aircraft mechanics that the Aircraft Mechanics Training Institute can produce and 2) to propose guidelines for the management of aircraft mechanics' production. Production of aircraft mechanics of the Aircraft Mechanics Training Institute The population in this study was divided into two groups. Personnel who operate related to aircraft mechanics of 183 people with the second group and the establishments in the aviation industry with a total of 70 people using 2 types of research tools, consisting of a questionnaire; and a semi-structured interview The data were analyzed using statistical analysis of multiple regression equations, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and content analysis
The results of the study that 1) system factors and institutional management mechanisms internal educational quality assurance systems and mechanisms System factors and mechanisms for cultivating Thai citizenship consciousness affects the characteristics of aircraft mechanics that the Aircraft Mechanics Training Institute can produce. For the production management guidelines of the Aircraft Mechanics Training Institute with statistical significance at the .05 level and 2) the proposal for the management of aircraft technician production of the Aircraft Mechanics Training Institute is the process of importing data second step production management guidelines is a process step and the third step as a result of the process
