การส่งเสริมความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำของนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติในกรุงเทพมหานคร ผ่านภาพลักษณ์ของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและการรับรู้ความปลอดภัย: การสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรม

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว (Perceived Destination Image) ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำของนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติในกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) วิเคราะห์การรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการท่องเที่ยว ที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำดังกล่าว โดยใช้วิธีการสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมเชิงระบบ ผ่านกระบวนการคัดเลือกเอกสารจากฐานข้อมูลวิชาการที่ได้รับการยอมรับ และวิเคราะห์งานวิจัยตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ทฤษฎีแรงจูงใจผลัก–ดึง ซึ่งอธิบายแรงจูงใจในการเลือกเดินทางของนักท่องเที่ยว แนวคิดการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งอธิบายการรับรู้และการประเมินของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อจุดหมายปลายทาง และทฤษฎีความภักดีต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งอธิบายพฤติกรรมความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำของนักท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งช่วยอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การสร้างและพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงบวกเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำของนักท่องเที่ยว โดยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ ทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยว สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและบริการ การเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ชุมชนท้องถิ่น และการเชื่อมโยงกับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอื่น นอกจากนี้ การบริหารจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยังมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่นักท่องเที่ยว ครอบคลุมทั้งความปลอดภัยทางกายภาพ ความปลอดภัยด้านสุขภาพ และความปลอดภัยทางจิตใจ
ดังนั้น การบูรณาการการพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวร่วมกับการยกระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในทุกมิติ สามารถส่งเสริมความตั้งใจกลับมาเยือนซ้ำของนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของกรุงเทพมหานครในฐานะจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวระดับนานาชาติ ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางเชิงนโยบายและการวางแผนพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อสนับสนุนความยั่งยืนในระยะยาวได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
