บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การบริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมาโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research)วิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนีPNI Modifiedจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นได้ยุทธศาสตร์ประกอบด้วย วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าหมาย6 ยุทธศาสตร์15 กลยุทธ์คือ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 1 พัฒนาสมรรถนะครูสู่มืออาชีพมี 4 กลยุทธ์ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 2 ปฏิรูปกระบวนการเรียนเปลี่ยนเทคนิคการสอนครูมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้นมี3กลยุทธ์ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 3 เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นฐานช่วยพัฒนาการผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมี 2 กลยุทธ์ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 4 นิเทศร่วมมือ รวมพลังสร้างสรรค์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมี 2 กลยุทธ์ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 5 บริหารจัดการงบประมาณแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์มี2 กลยุทธ์ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 6 ปรับปรุงหลักสูตรสถานศึกษามุ่งพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน มี 2 กลยุทธ์
