บทคัดย่อ

This article is an attempt to reflect the outlook of various dimensions that the school administrators should be concerned. The present of the world situation which is known as “4.0 disruptive technology world” is the rapid changing, uncertainty and disrupt both inside and outside organization. Higher competition also create big problems for personnel management. In order to be success in leading the organization the administrator should be a “well rounded” person that uses the leading strategies to achieve the goals. The four dimensions needed are : the clear understanding of world 4.0, know the trait leadership theory paradigm, know the three administrative skills, and practice the Buddhist doctrines for school administration as well.
