บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมในโรงเรียนพื้นที่จีนจอง มณฑลยูนาน ประเทศจีนประกอบด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมการศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นนักเรียนในโรงเรียนพื้นที่จีนจอง มณฑลยูนาน ประเทศจีน320 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนร้อยละ 55.0 มีความเห็นว่าครูมีระดับการสอนวิชาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีเพียงร้อยละ 3.1 ที่มีความเห็นว่าครูมีระดับการสอนวิชาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยการสอนเรื่องการกระทำอย่างรับผิดชอบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยการสอนมากที่สุดรองลงมา คือ เรื่องความเป็นธรรมทางสังคม ส่วนเรื่องที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยการสอนน้อยที่สุด คือ เรื่องการมีจิตสาธารณะ สำหรับแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมประกอบด้วยผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้บริหารควรสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม สื่อการเรียนการสอนและการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูผู้สอน2) ด้านครู ครูควรใช้วิธีเน้นย้ำหรืออธิบายซ้ำๆ ถึงผลของการกระทำความผิดรวมถึงปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียนและ 3)ด้านนักเรียนนักเรียนควรประพฤติตนให้เป็นผู้ที่มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม พร้อมกับถ่ายทอดบทเรียนไปยังผู้อื่นโดยอาจเริ่มจากบุคคลในบ้านก่อน
