Guidelines for Promoting the Management of Student Care and Support Systems Using Digital Technology by School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the management of student support system using digital technology of school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 2) to compare on the management of student support system of school administrators based on classified by teacher position, educational qualification, work experience, school size, and applications used, and 3) to propose the guidelines for enhancing student support system administration through digital technology. The sample consisted of 320 teachers and 5 school administrators selected through stratified random sampling by school size. The research instrument was a interview and questionnaire with content validity, IOC values between .67-1.00 and a reliability value of .99. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD and content analysis.
The research results found that: 
1) the management of student support system were at high level in over all and aspects: prevention and problem-solving, followed by student screening, referral, promotion and development, and understanding students individually  
2) the comprison on the management of student support system statistically significant differences were found at the .05 level based on position, work experience, school size and applications used 3) the suggested guidelines included: leveraging 
technology to enhance efficiency and individualized care, ensuring secure and modern systems, developing personal skill and managing accurate, accessible student data to support development, assistance and behavioral monitoring in the digital era.
