Guidelines for Developing the Servant Leadership of School Administrators Under the Office of Khonkaen Primary Ecucational Service Area 4

Abstract
This research aimed to study: 1) the current state, desired state, and priority needs for developing servant leadership among school administrators, and 2) proposed guidelines for enhancing servant leadership among school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The study sample consisted of 428
administrators and teachers. Data were analyzed using statistical software, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The guidelines for developing servant leadership were derived from the top five PNImodified components and analyzed using descriptive content analysis.
The findings revealed that:
1. The overall current state of servant leadership among school administrators was at a high level. The overall desired state of servant leadership was at the highest level.
2. The Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) for servant leadership development was 0.225. The proposed development guidelines comprised 23 approaches, categorized into five dimensions: 1) Commitment to the Growth of Others (5 approaches), 2) Building Community (4 approaches), 3) Persuasion (5 approaches), 4) Healing (5 approaches), and 5) Foresight (4 approaches).
