The Process of Innovation Development to Improve the Quality of Academic Work in Vocational Education Institutions, Khon Kaen Province

Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the development process of administrative processes. Under Vocational Education Institutions 2) to create innovation in the administration of afore-memtioned Institutions Khon Kaen province and 3) to enhance the processes of academic development of the institutions by the mixed methods.
The guantitative data were colled from a sample groccp of 289 excutives and teachers by the set of questionnaires while the qualitative data were colletted from the six key imfromants of qualified and skilled school administers by way of intheriew. Statiscs used to analize qualitative data were perctaqe, mean, and standard devition and qualitative data were analized by content analisis in favour of the inductive melhod.
The Research findings were as fellows.
1) The current consations. desired state and priority needs for academic innovation evalopmant of the Khon Kaen - based Vocational Education Institutions were rated highly in all assecds by condsidering priority needs for urgent acadaminc innovation devalopmant ranked by the PNImodified from the highest to the lollest level are as follows, 1. a body of newly innovated khowlede (PNImodified = 0.215) 2. motivative factoers (PNImodified = 0.213) 3. learing process opportunenity (PNImodified = 0.212) 4. creatiue thinking (PNImodified = 0.208) 5. team work performane (PNImodified = 0.206).
2) The preseses for academic education innovation development enhanced by the institutions were. 1) Dhommology, namely, five Powers-1. confidence 2. energy 3. mindfulness 4. concentration) 5. wisdom and 2) the process of academic development consisting of curriculum, leaning & Teacting and evaluation. 3) The evaluation of the academic innovation development proceses was found to be accurate comphechensive, appropriate and bonefial for real-world apprication with the hiphest orerall vevel of agreement. 4) Results of the assessment of the components of the process of innovation development forAcademic work in vocational education institutions, Khon Kaen Province, validity, possibility, and Utilities are actually used for development, as a whole, to the greatest extent possible.
