Industral Management : A Case Study of Fhoenix Pulp & Paper Public Company Limited, Kud Nam Sai Sub-District, Nam Pong District, Khonkaen Province

Abstract

 The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the management of the industrial system of Phoenix Pulp and Paper Public Company Limited, Khon Kaen Factory 2) to present guidelines for the management of the industrial system of Phoenix Pulp and Paper Company. Paper Public Company Limited, Khon Kaen Factory is conducted by qualitative research. By studying information, documents, and academic textbooks. On the other hand, and also related research there were 25 key informants. The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive methods.
The research results found that
1. Management has adopted the 4 M's theory of management, consisting of people, money, materials, and management. These 4 principles, human resources or people, are an important condition in driving the organization to achieve success. Because human resources are both entrepreneurs and operators.
2. Guidelines for managing industrial systems that are related to people, money, materials, equipment, and management. To achieve success in this, they should follow the guidelines for managing the industrial system in 4 areas: environment, ecosystem, health, and coexistence in the community. These 4 guidelines are crucial points for the whole of industrial system management that cannot lack any one dimension, because every dimension is consistent and connected. It is a guideline that will lead to
sustainable excellence.
