People's Election Behavior Affection Leadership Change Local Politicals at Chumphae District Khonkaen

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to study the general state of people's electoral behavior affecting the change of local political leaders in Chum Phae District. Khon Kaen Province and to study the behavior and to study the suggestions about the election of the people that affect the change of local political leaders in Chum Phae District. Khon Kaen By applying the bias principle, 4 key informants, 21 figures or people, were selected using purposive sampling. The data collection tool was in-depth interviews. Data analysis using descriptive content analysis.
The results of the research revealed that 1) the general state of the people gave importance to, interested, followed, supported. and cooperate By supporting and
publicizing election news. 2) Election behavior. information perception People receive information from local government agencies. public relations of the headman of the village and from public relations vehicles of candidates motive Candidates are determined to solve the problems of the people. and want to develop their local communities In the part of the people, there is a motivation from the desire to be part of the election of their own representatives to administer for their country and locality.
3) The application of the 4 prejudice principles to electoral behavior: Consensus: using the right to support people we admire and having close ties with; Rights for people we like and are close to The Office of the Election Commission or related agencies should provide knowledge and understanding of the principles of the rule of law and the rule of law in order for the people to exercise their judgment in accordance with Buddhist principles.
