Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the level of quality of life in the work of insurance salespeople AIA Co., Ltd. in Bangkok under Division Group D02 2) to compare the differences between the quality of life in the work of insurance salespeople. AIA Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, affiliated with Division D02 group with personal factors of insurance salespeople,
conducted survey research and used questionnaires to collect data from a sample of 333 AIA Insurance Salespeople in Bangkok affiliated with Division D02 Group. One-way testing, T-values, and variances. The results showed that 1) The level of quality of
working life of insurance salesperson of AIA Company Limited in Bangkok under Division D02 group was at a high level has an average of 3.91. ( =3.91) 2) The salespersons with different working periods had significant quality of working life of the insurance salespersons of AIA Company Limited in Bangkok, belonging to the Division D02 group of 0.05. Education and average monthly income is no different.
