Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable conditions. of teacher competency in Elementary School, Kasetsomboon District Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Area 2 2) To study the necessity of developing teacher competency in primary schools in Kasetsomboon District. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at the highest level in all aspects.
