Abstract

This book review aims to present good luck for longevity. It was found that taking care of the elderly's health through two important methods: (1) physical way by improving the environment in accordance with the lifestyle of the elderly and providing knowledge on how to take care of own selves safely from the risk of various accidences to the body and enhance the skills to exercise appropriately to develop the balance ability and (2) mental way by enhancing of life skills in learning to know own self with optimism and train the mind to accept the physical changes to be able to learn the changes of the outside world.  In addition, learning must be exchanged with other people of the same age in order to prevent depression. For the two reasons, a state of good luck with longevity will be found.
