AN ANALYSIS OF SUPERMAN IN THE BUDDHIST PHILOSOPHY AND NITZCHE

Abstract
This academic article aims to present the concept of Superhuman in Buddhist Philosophy and Nitzche, it was found that Superhuman in Nitsche’s point of view is one who attains the state of happiness obtained by holding the power for a long time, and using that power in a creative way, and it is the true happiness with passion as the driving force. In Buddhist philosophy, superhuman means a person who has ability to destroy various defilements from mind and reach to the four states of Noblemen, they are: Sotapanna, Sakitakami, Anagami and Arahant by having the ultimate goal at realizing Nibbana.
