รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการตามหลักพุทธธรรม ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

              การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการตามหลักพุทธธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการตามหลักพุทธธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร  มีวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานคือ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

      ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1) สภาพปัจจุบันภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมพบว่ามีระดับความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2) การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการตามหลักพุทธธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า หลักพุทธธรรมบูรณาการ ได้แก่ อริยสัจ 4 อิทธิบาท 4 พรหมวิหาร 4 สังคหวัตถุ 4 และ ไตรสิกขา 3

3) รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการตามหลักพุทธธรรมของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร (1) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ในการจัดการศึกษาให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง  โดยใช้หลักอริยสัจ 4 (2) ด้านความเป็นผู้นำในการริเริ่มใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อการเรียนการสอน ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 (3) ด้านส่งเสริมการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาใช้ในการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้ ใช้หลักพรหมวิหาร 4 (4) ด้านศักยภาพในการ

พึ่งตนเองในการพัฒนางานวิชาการ ใช้หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 และ (5) ด้านแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่มาปรับใช้ตลอดเวลา ใช้หลักไตรสิกขา 3

      This research 1) to study the current situation of academic leadership of school administrators, 2) to study a model of academic leadership development based on Buddhadhamma principles for school administrators, and 3) to propose the model of academic leadership development based on Buddhadhamma principles for school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.The mixed research methodology was used in the study.

              The results of the study found that:

              1.The current situation of academic leadership of school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at the high level overall.

              2.In the academic leadership development based on Buddhadhamma principles for school administrators, the Buddhadhamma principles in need for integration are composed of the Four Noble Truths for vision, the Four Paths of Accomplishment for innovation, the Four Divine States of Mind for technology, Principles of kindly treatment for self-reliance, and the Threefold Training for new body of knowledge.

              3.The model of academic leadership development based on Buddhadhamma principles for school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was that; 1) application of the Four Noble Truths in educational administration vision, 2) application of the Four Paths of Accomplishment in using innovation in teaching and learning, 3) application of the Four Divine States of Mind in implementing information technology and media in learning reform, 4) application of Principles of kindly treatment in self-reliance in academic development, and 5) application of the Threefold Training in searching for the new body of knowledge.
