ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงนโยบาย (Policy Research) ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเป็นแบบผสม (Mixed Methods Research) โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัยแบ่งได้ 3 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน
การบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร (Documentary Study) การศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Study) จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 285 คน และการศึกษาพหุกรณี (Multi-case Study) จากสถานศึกษาที่มีผลงานโดดเด่นเป็นที่ยอมรับการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เป็นต้นแบบ(Best Practice) ในประเทศ 2 แห่ง คือ เป็นวิทยาลัยทางภาคเหนือ 1 แห่งและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ1 แห่ง สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า ระดับดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ส่วนใหญ่
อยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.74) เมื่อพิจาณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก อันดับแรก คือ การควบคุม ติดตามและการประเมินผลเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (=3.92) รองลงมา คือ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (=3.80) และการวางแผนกลยุทธ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (=3.80) รองลงมา คือ การจัดองค์การเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (=3.73) รองลงมา คือ การเรียนการสอน (=3.64) รองลงมา คือ การวิจัย (=3.57) และลำดับสุดท้าย คือ การกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ของบุคลากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (=3.53)
