การพัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย

Abstract

 การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดหนองคาย 2) เพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี ซึ่งมีการศึกษาเอกสาร สอบถามและสัมภาษณ์ ผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนหนองคายวิทยาคาร จำนวน 10 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

           ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

           1) ทัศนะของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคายทั้ง 5 ด้านมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

           2) พัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย ได้แก่ นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมที่เลียนแบบเพื่อนฝูงบางคนขาดระเบียบวินัยหลงกับความสุขสบาย ขาดการปลูกฝังที่ถูกวิธีและขาดการอบรมอย่างใกล้ชิดจากผู้ปกครอง ติดเกมส์ ติดสื่อ ติดโทรศัพท์ ใช้ชีวิตฟุ่มเฟือยตามสื่อและเทคโนโลยีเกินความจำเป็น ขาดความรู้ และความเข้าใจในการนำหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ครูและผู้ปกครองควรมีเวลาให้กับครอบครัวและจัดกิจกรรมภายในครอบครัวเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

           3) แนวทางการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนควรจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความมีวินัยของนักเรียนโดยมีระเบียบและวินัย ปลูกฝังระเบียบวินัยที่ดีแก่นักเรียนโดยเริ่มจากครอบครัวเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นปลูกฝังความซื่อสัตย์จากพระที่สอนศีลธรรมและผู้ปกครอง และครูเป็นพื้นฐาน ปลูกฝังและมีตัวอย่างที่ดีจากบิดา มารดา ครู และพระภิกษุ จัดกิจกรรมทำบุญใส่บาตรเป็นประจำเมื่อมีโอกาส ทำบุญตักบาตรในวันสำคัญทางพุทธศาสนาในวัดใกล้บ้าน สอนและให้นักเรียนรู้จักวางแผนการโดยจัดทำรายรับ-รายจ่ายในชีวิตประจำวัน ครูสอนในเรื่องของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้นักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติด้วยตนเองจากประสบการณ์ของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านที่มาให้ความรู้เรื่องอาชีพต่างๆ ในชุมชนผู้ปกครองจะต้องให้ความใกล้ชิด ให้ความรักและอบรมปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ให้เวลากับลูกหลานมากขึ้นจึงจะสามารถทำให้นักเรียนที่หลงผิดกลับมามีความกตัญญูต่อบิดา มารดา ครูอาจารย์

           This research aimed to 1) Study the ethicalbehavior of secondary school students in AmphoeMuang. 2) To develop the moral behavior of secondary school students in AmphoeMuang. 3) To propose the moral development of secondary school students in AmphurMuang Nong Khai Province This research was mixed-method research design. The study document. Asked and interviewed 10 school administrators of Nongkhaischool. The statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation and content analysis. The research found that :

              1) The views of administrators and teachers about moralbehavior of secondary school students in amphoemuangall five aspects of Nongkhai Province are appropriate.

              2) Development of moral behavior of secondary school students in AmphoeMuangNongkhai students have behaviors that mimic their friends, some of them lack discipline. Lost with joy The lack of proper cultivation and lack of training from the parents, the media, the telephone, the life of the extravagant media and technology, the lack of knowledge and understanding of sufficiency economy to apply to life. day Teachers and parents should spend time with family and family activities to build good relationships.

              3) Moral behaviordevelopment of secondary school students in amphoeMuangNongkhaischool should be organized to promote the discipline of the students with discipline and discipline. Encourage good discipline by starting from the family as a starting point. Immerse faithfulness from the god who teaches morals and parents. And the teacher is basic. Familiarize yourself with good examples from parents, teachers, and monks. Buddhist monks in the temple near the house.
