การพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธของสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3

Abstract

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และปัญหาการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน การดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ รายงานการวิจัยด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาสถิติที่ใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. โรงเรียนรักษาสภาพด้านกายภาพให้คงอยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ แต่ยังไม่พัฒนาสิ่งที่มีอยู่เดิมให้ดีขึ้นและขาดการนิเทศ ติดตาม 2. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ    3. เสนอรูปแบบการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธของสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 มีองค์ประกอบ 6 ขั้นตอน 

          The aims of this research were: 1) to study the current conditions and problems in managing the Buddhist Way Schools; 2) to develop the model for managing the Buddhist Way Schools; 3) to present the management model This mixed research was conducted in 3 phases. The data obtained then were interpreted by the descriptive analysis based on the following statistics: Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation.

          The research results were as follows: 1) The study of the current conditions and problems of the management of the schools in the research area revealed that the schools have maintained their physical conditions only in function but have not developed the existing things to the betterment. 2)The evaluation results of the model and manual by the experts in the group dynamic suggested that the suitability of the model was at a high level. The satisfaction evaluation score of the model was at a high level. 3) The management model for the Buddhist Way Schools of Mahasarakham Education Primary Service Area Office 3 consists of six stages.
