รูปแบบการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผลของ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผลของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผล ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารงานกิจการนักศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจำนวน460คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.994 มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา อยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่การหาความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน(ConfirmatoryFactor Analysis: CFA)

      ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

      องค์ประกอบรูปแบบการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผลของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 4องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) งานบริการและสวัสดิการ 2) งานกิจกรรมนักศึกษา 3) งานพัฒนาและวินัยนักศึกษา และ 4) งานบริหารจัดการองค์กร พบว่า มีค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบ (Factor Loading) อยู่ระหว่าง .711-.911 โดยองค์ประกอบที่มีค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบ สูงสุด คือ งานบริการและสวัสดิการ ในการบริการหอพักนักศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าน้ำหนักขององค์ประกอบ เท่ากับ .911 และผลการยืนยันรูปแบบรูปแบบการดำเนินงานกิจการนักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผลของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ พบว่ารูปแบบดังกล่าวความเหมาะสม ความเป็นประโยชน์ และเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

      The purposes of this research were: to study the components of effective student affairs implementationof private higher education institutions in Northeast pastand to develop amodel for effective student affairs implementationof private higher education institutions in  Northeast past. This research was mixed method research between qualitative research and quantitative research. The target groups in qualitative research were purposively selected from 3 student affairs administrators. The sample groups used in quantitative research were 460 undergraduates in Northeastern Private Higher Education Institutions. The instruments used in this research included: structured interview, five-level rating scale questionnaire with reliability at 0.944 and content validity between 0.80-1.00. The statistics used for data analysis included: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and confirmatory factor analysis: (CFA)

      The research results were as follows :

      The componentsofeffective student affairs implementation of private higher education institutions in Northeast past consisted of 4 components as follows: 1) Service and welfare 2) Student Activities 3) Student development and discipline and 4) Organization management and the factor loading was between .711-.911. The components with the highest loading was service and welfare in student dormitory service with factor loading at .911 and the results of confirming the model for effective student affairs implementation of private higher education institutions in  Northeast past which consisted of 4 components were found that appropriateness, usefulness and possibility to be used were at a high level and fit the empirical data.
