บทคัดย่อ
ศีลในฐานะเป็นเครื่องมือในพัฒนามนุษย์ทั้งทางกายทางวาจาให้มีความเป็นปกติเพื่อความสงบสุขของสังคม และเป็นเครื่องมือในพัฒนามนุษย์ด้วยยกระดับจิตวิญญาณของมนุษย์ให้สูงขึ้นมากกว่าสัตว์ประเภทอื่นๆ เริ่มจากระดับปัจเจกไปจนถึงระดับอภิมนุษย์ (Superman)
The precept is such as a tool in developing of human, both physical and verbal for social peace. It is a tool for human development with improving a higher level of human spirit more than any other beings from the individual to the superman.
