Abstract

              The purposed of this research were to study the current practice condition and the desirable condition and also to develop astrategy  for School Administration to Raise Learning Achievement Level Of Schools  Under NakhonRatchasima Primary Education Areas. Mixed Methods Research was used.  Applying PNI modified    for analyzing and prioritizing the needs as to develop  strategic with vision, mission and objectives was processed six  strategic with 15  sub strategic were developed.  Stratergy 1st Teacher compatency development to be teaching professional with 4 sub-strategics. for  raising leaning aceivement level with 2 sub-strategics. Startergy 4th : Supervision through  creative  collaboration and empowerment for learning aceivement level with 2 sub-strategics. Startergy 5th : Result-based management of budget,with 2  sub-strategics. and Startergy 6th : Curriculum improvementfor  raising leaning aceivement level with 2 sub-strategics
