Abstract

             The purpose of this research is 1) to study the current conditions of passenger service management in Suvarnabhumi Airport 2) to study the factors that are contributing to achieving the passenger service system Suvarnabhumi Airport and 3) to present guidelines for achieving the passenger service system management Suvarnabhumi Airport To be able to compete inthe airport business of the world by using qualitative research regulations with in-depth interviews, such as the senior management of Suvarnabhumi Airport such as the Minister of Transport Director of Suvarnabhumi Airport The management of the customer service department and the service personnel of the premises and the top executives of Singapore Airport (Changi) in the amount of 10 people and the group discussion with the experts, namely 10 Suvarnabhumi Airport executives. That the current Suvarnabhumi Airport is the perfect airport hub in Southeast Asia Making Thailand an important air transportation hub of the world and Asia Causing the expansion of all types of air transportation as a support to increase the capacity of the aviation network building system throughout the country as well as expanding the aviation rights to cover all regions around the world Increase the efficiency of various services To passengers traveling me-out To facilitate the people and meet international standards for development Along with the development of the land transport network To support Thailand as a regional transportation hub According to the National Economic and Social Development Plan under the gateway to Asia Including being a leader in the number of airlines and passengers To facilitate the needs of the target group, including airlines, passengers and airport users As well as focusing on developing new businesses that are relevant and have a complete future, including increasing Continuous business revenue growth


              The results of the study to answer the objective 2 found that the major components and sub-elements Influencing the way to achieve passenger service system management Suvarnabhumi Airport Effective Which can be divided into 1) personnel 2) safety 3) agility and 4) comfort, research results to answer objectives 3 found that the development of passenger service system management achievement Suvarnabhumi Airport Will create a system to maintain passenger services, including buildings and facilities to be effective from the beginning of the journey until reaching the destination Including those who participate in all types of activities Whether it is an airline Shops and services Which includes 1) All personnel have the highest level of service minds 2) Fast and accurate service and 3) Raising the level of service excellence internationally The application must take into account important issues, including goals and strategies, to achieve management guidelines that can achieve the management of passenger service systems. Suvarnabhumi Airport which will be useful in the economy Society and the nation sustainably in the future.
