Teaching skill is a kind of principle involving theory and tradition that can be studied and practiced. It is not individual generated since one was born and when the education has been improved, the teaching attitudes have then changed from the traditional aspects that the teachers are self-centered. The new trends of teaching skills are emphasized on students as self-centered and those students can gain knowledge from learning by doing.  Learning provided with the designed learning activities that emphasize on processed learning from the beginning to terminated activities will enable students to obtain integrated and sustainable knowledge.  One sample of the learning activities designing to achieve the teaching innovation is about “When the civilized city is going the opposite direction”. This sample can be used to be an approach for designing the learning activities with using students as self-centered. The sample is provided with CCPR approach and the learners can learn and practice the processes of reading, analyzing, writing and creating a project by themselves after having learnt through the integrated learning resources using selected articles that can be used to achieve the teaching innovation in classrooms. This is aimed to provide methods for teachers to use in designing learning activities in each subject with their creativity in the future.
