The Relationship Between Self-Practice Following The Principles of Iddhipãda And Work Performance Effectiveness of Officials at Department

Abstract

              The aim of this search is (1) study the self-practice following the principle of Iddhipada (2) study the work performance effectiveness  (3) study the relationship btw self practice following the principle of Iddhipada and work performance effectiveness and (4) study the way to develop self-practice following the principle of Iddhipada and work performance effectiveness of officials at Department of Appellate Litigation Region 4.         

             This research found that self-practice following is good Work performance effectiveness of officials at Department of Appellate Litigation Region 4 overall is good Considering work performance effectiveness of public prosecutors at Department of Appellate Litigation is good, and work performance effectiveness of staffs at Department of Appellate Litigation Region 4 is also good.The analysis results, in a high level (r =0.836), with important statistic at 0.01 level. Considering each part found that self-practice following the principle of Iddhipada, intellectual is positive relationship with effective in high level. In addition, positive relationship with effective is also a high level as following concentration, patient, and satisfaction.

             The way to develop self practice following that building up the satisfaction from skills, supporting and developing academics as well as work ethics, working under the rules, regulations, building up organization rules, responsibilities, precedent in work performance, working skills, and reminding the satisfaction such as patient and thinking with considering on. With love and concentrate, persons and organization will go on effectively.
