Effective Performance Following Four Iddhipadas of Personnel Regional Medical Sciences Center in Upper Northeast

Abstract

               The objectives of this research were : i)To study effective performance following four Iddhipadas ii) to compare effective performance following four Iddhipadas iii) to study the ways to apply four Iddhipadas for development of effective performance following four Iddhipadas of personnel of Regional Medical Sciences Center in Upper Northeast.

               The results of study were followed : The overall practice on effective  performance following four Iddhipadas of personnel Regional Medical Sciences Center in Upper Northeast, was found at highlevel (= 4.22). The personnel were different sex, age , position and income held different attitudes which was along with specified hypothesis. Nevertheless, personnel with different education level, affiliated sections held no different  attitudes not along with specified hypothesis. Guideline for application of four Iddhipadas to develop effective performance of personnel  Regional Medical Sciences Center in Upper Northeas; was Personnel must be satisfied with their work love and pay attention in work seriously and be happy in solving problem/troubles or adjust working pattern to reach the  goals. Paying attention in work in creases care fullness while performing duty with sense and concentration , self-development to have quality accomplish and consider before making play step by step to know potentiality.
