Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principle of Buriram Province

Abstract

    The objective of this Article were 1. to study the Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principles of Buriram, 2. to study the factors affecting to Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principles of Buriramand 3. topropose the Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principles of Buriram.

          The methodology of this research was the mixed methods, this research was conducted by 2 step, step 1, step 1 is quantitative research in survey for validity checking of the model in Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principles of Buriram well, and studying the direct effect and indirect effect between the variable model by collecting data from the sampling size about 450 sampling. The statistics used the analyze descriptive data by frequency, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), Skewness, Kurtosis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL). And step 2 is qualitative research by In-dept interview from keys informant 17 persons and focus group had about 12 persons to confirm after analyzing data.

The result:

1. Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principles of Buriram in overall = 3.53, S.D.= 0.735, when considering of each part found that the level is high every partrespectively, 1) personnelof tourism, 2) integration management of tourism, 3) creating balance to tourism, 4) basic structure andfacilitiesand 5)the quality of tourist attraction.


2. The validity of model in Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principles of Buriram. The result found that p-value = 0.060,=108.36, df. =87, /df = 1.24, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.95,(CFI = 1.00, SRMR = 0.028, RMSEA = 0.023, showed that the statistics of coefficient of agreement model to develop for empirical data.


3. The model of Development Sport Tourism by Integration of Buddhism Principles of Buriram found that R-SQUARE=0.74, showed that the variable in model isthe future in travellingtendency and participation, explicableto variationpracticalof Iddhipada 4 (Four Successful Paths) = 74% and the statistics Structural Equation Model in latent variable = 0.64, showed that direct effect and indirect effect between the variable in model found that the relationship between the future in travellingtendency with the development Sport Tourism in relationship = 0.80 and direct effect = 0.15 and indirect effect 0.12, total effect is 0.79 and direct effect, indirect effect and total effect had effected to Development Sport Tourism to significantly statistics at the level of 0.05, When considering direct effect and indirect effect between the variable in model found that the relationship participation with development Sport Tourism and relationship size = 0.27 divided to direct effect = 0.10 and total effect = 0.01, by the way direct effect and total effect had effected to Development Sport Tourism with negative effect that mean the participation very much but the development of the development sports tourism is not much, significantly statistics at the level of 0.05
