Abstract
The citizen’s Societal Protest movement to recover Doi Suthep forest is legitimate claim to protect the environment that might be affected or are destroyed base on the development of some government projects. There fove, theawakenirg awaken of people in the area lead to extend and join outside networks. It also has the impact to environment which are the important resaurces toliving and way of life of Chiang Mai people.Thus, there has been some discussion, with the academicers., and also the cooperation with networks. They bring about some social movement and protests through some tactics and certain societal method, the use of protest signs, marches, social medig and petitions to government organizations. Moreover the protests ways are social belives, culture and custom which support these protests.
