Abstract

Research on this subject purpose  1) To study the application of Iddhipatha IV to improve the performance of government personnel Under the Ministry of Interior, Yasothon Province 2) to compare the different factors affecting the application of Iddhipatha IV 3) To propose guidelines for preventing delays in working in accordance with the government organization system by using Iddhipatha IV and 4) In order to create the manual of Iddhipatha IV to improve the performance of government personnel By using Mixed Method Research. The sample groups used in the research are administrators. 222 government personnel personnelThe tool used is a questionnaire created and in-depth interviewAnalyze data by using the software package. The statistics used are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Comparison by hypothesis testing and one-way analysis of variance. By determining statistical significance .05The research findings were as follows.Personnel have applied the use of Iddhipatha IV in order to improve performance. Overall at a high level.Comparison of the application of Iddhipatha IV by gender, age, education level and job position not different.Recommendations for the prevention of delays in working in accordance with the government organization system using of Iddhipatha IV.Personnel must adhere to the principles of Iddhipatha IV in the operation. Ready to regularly evaluate the performance and the model of performance improvement of personnel should be organized in the form of seminars, using of Iddhipatha IV as the topic of the seminar by making a manual. Therefore, the use of the manual should be defined as an administrative policy by defining in the annual action planor defined as performance evaluation criteria. And to have the manual to be used seriously continuously.Along with monitoring, measuring and evaluating training seminars.
