Abstract
In the study of” The Development of using courseware with the constructivist
approach toward achievement and ability of analytical thinking of vocational student
accounting related to real estate. and Knowledge about the common law.” Thus the 5
purposes of this study were: 1) to develop courseware using the result of using urseware
with the constructivist concept approach toward achievement and the ability of analytical
thinking of vocational student accounting related to real estate. and Knowledge about the
common law with a required efficiency of 80/80, 2) to find out an effectiveness index of the
developed courseware, 3) to compare learning achievement and 4) to compare analytical
thinking ability of the students between before and after-learning 5) to examine students’
satisfaction with the courseware. The sample used in this study consisted of 30 regular
Accounting diploma students attending Marry Technology School for a study group and 30
students for control group, obtained by using cluster random sampling technique. The
instruments used in the study included : 1) courseware with the constructivist concept
approach toward achievement and the ability of analytical thinking abilities of vocational
student accounting related to real estate. and Knowledge about the common law. 2) an
achievement test, 3) a scale on analytical thinking abilities, and 4) a scale on satisfaction
with the courseware. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage,
mean, standard deviation, and pairs sample t-test. The results of the study were as follows :
1. The courseware with the constructivist concept had an efficiency of Accounting
84.34/80.42 which the established requirement.
2. The courseware with the constructivist concept had an effectiveness index of
0.65 showing that the students progressed their learning at 65 percent.
