The Development of Program to Enhance Teacher Leadership Exemplary Teaching for Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30

Abstract

The teachers have role to develop the progress and stability of country. Before
developing countries have to develops man that mean juvenile of country. Then teachers
that have a leader role can develop the juvenile to grow up to valuable adult, complete in
every side, and can make the progressive to the countries in continuously. This research
target are 1) Study present situation, needed situation and the method to teachers role
promotion in side of institution teaching belong to high school education area zone 30.
2) Developing program of teachers role creations in official side institution teaching belong
to education office, high school education area, zone 30. Those were questionnaires to
sampling group of institution executives and institution-teaching teachers belong to education
office, high education area, zone 30 in total 334 person arranged in important order, program
drafting and took it to set activity of Focus group 3 groups, that were mathematics learning
essence group in Kornsarnwithayakom school, Kornsarn district, Chaiyaphum province total 9
person. group leaders of learning essence in Kornsarnwithayakom school, Kornsarn district,
Chaiyaphum province total 8 person, and institution executive belong to education office,
high school education area, zone 30 total 8 person. The instrument uses in develop program
were teachers leadership existence program in side of institution example teaching,
evaluation of suitable type and program conform. The statistics that used for data analysis
were mean, percentage, standard deviation, Conbrak Alfa coefficient, easy coefficient of
Piarson, need value index used PNI modified (Modified Priority Needs Index)
The researched result were
1. Present situation of teacher leader existence in side of institution example
teaching belong to education office, high school education area, zone 30 in all were high
level. The need situation of teacher leader in side of institution example teaching belong to
education office, high school education area, zone 30 in all were highest level. And need
level in priority from low to high average were using variation teaching, promotion the
learners to know by themselves and atmosphere promote that favor to learn, and the
method of teachers leadership in side of official institution teaching arranged in order that
the repliers answered questionnaires have the confidential in the highest efficiency in first 3
order were leaning by real practical, leaning by practical, and training
2. The promotion program of teacher leadership existence promotion in side of
institution teaching example belong to belong to education office, high school education
area, zone 30 consist of 3 sets. 1) Variation teaching type 2) learners promotion to know by
them 3) atmosphere promotion that favor to learn. The method of development stress
knowledge creation by oneself, and evaluation of other person. It get clearly evaluation, and
the result program evaluation of teachers leadership promotion in side of institution teaching

qualification person saw that the promotion program of teacher leadership existence

constituents found that it is suitable in highest 4 constituents by arranging from the 3 highest
first constituents as technique and instrument, target, and program structure. When
considered in constituents line found that it is high level possible to be every constituents.
By arranging from the 3 first highest were evaluation, target and program structure.
