Development of Model for Learning Management for Enhancing Local Consciousness of Senior High school Students through Socialization Process.

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the problem situation of Learning
Management for enhancing the Local Consciousness of Senior High School Students, from 14
Social Studies Teachers as well as 57 Students and Local Wisdoms, 2) to develop the Model
of Learning Management for enhancing the Local Consciousness of Senior High School Students
through Socialization Process, and 3) to study the findings in usage of Learning Management
Model through Socialization Process from 2 classes of Matayomsuksa 5 Students including
27 experimental group students, and 30 control group students. This research was a mixed
method. The research instruments were: 1) the Learning Management Model for enhancing
the Local Consciousness of Senior High School Students through Socialization Process, 2) the
Local Conscious Inventory, 3) the Knowledge and Comprehension Test in Local Conscious, and
4) the Behavioral Observation Form of Local Consciousness. The research findings found
that all of teachers never develop the Learning Management Model for enhancing Local
Consciousness of Senior High School Students through Socialization Process. But, they used
to use the Socialization Process to help them in Learning Management. The Learning
Management Model for enhancing Local Consciousness of Senior High School Students
through Socialization Process, included quality of Propriety in “The Highest” level. ( X =4.61)
The experimental group students obtained significantly higher posttest learning achievement
than pretest at .01 level. Moreover, The experimental group students obtained significantly
higher than those of the control group at .01 level.
