A Development of Evaluation Model for Renal Replacement Therapy in End Stage Chronic Renal Disease in Universal Health Coverage Policy

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation model for renal
replacement therapy in end stage chronic renal disease in universal health coverage
policy. The research was divided into two phases. The first to studying currently
situation and problem related to renal replacement therapy in end stage chronic renal
disease in universal health coverage and the problems and needs to evaluation
through interviews the experts in the field of renal replacement therapy in Universal
health coverage policy. The second was construction and examination of the
evaluation model. After a draft model was made, the initial evaluation was made by 6
experts in the field of renal replacement therapy in Universal health coverage policy,
quality assurance in hospital and health policy.
The results showed that evaluation model for renal replacement therapy in
end stage chronic renal disease in universal health coverage policy composed of 6
factors: 1) objectives 2) standards indicators and criteria 3) evaluation method 4)
evaluator 5) time of evaluation and 6) feed back.
