A FACTOR OF COLLABORATION COMPETENCIES FOR PRIMARY STUDENTS

Abstract
This research aims to find a factor of collaboration competencies for primary
students by using the documentary research. Research found that collaboration is
working together to achieve a common result or innovate that caused by a common
view. Have the knowledge, experience and skills of the members of the group come
together to create and develop new effective works or solve problems by searching
for answers as possible above the limitations of the perspective of the individual. The
collaboration will bring new ideas and the solution of new problems. While interacting
with others sharing creativity. Reflection and feedback is an important part of the
process of collaboration. And the result is the sum of the development of a common
understanding. This collaboration is both the process and results of operations. Which
are the components of collaboration are as follows.
First. Skills component. Which include communication skills, teamwork skills,
decision making skills and problem solving skills.
Two. Capabilities component. Which include The ability to manage conflict,
ability to innovate and improve performance, and the ability to build and maintain
relationships.
Three. Attributes component . Which include Respect and trust each other.
The clear common aims /goals, the authority to make decisions together, and a shared
responsibility
