Learning Achievement through Cartoon Media Support Online Lesson “Muang Takasila, Raising Conscious of Homeland Preservation” for Students in Mattayomsuksa 1 and Normal Study

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) develops and investigates proficiency of cartoon
media support online lesson “Muang Takasila, raising conscious of homeland
preservation” for students in Mattayomsuksa 1 with standard proficiency at 85/85. 2) It
aimed to find effective index of cartoon media support online lesson “Muang Takasila,
raising conscious of homeland preservation” for students in Mattayomsuksa 1. 3) It
aimed to compare learning achievement, of the students studying “Muang Takasila,
raising conscious of homeland preservation” through cartoon media support online
lesson and normal study. 4) It aimed to compare conscious of homeland preservation,
pre-test and post-test of the students studying “Muang Takasila, raising conscious of
homeland preservation” through cartoon media support online lesson. 5) It aimed to
study the students’ satisfaction for cartoon media support online lesson “Muang
Takasila, raising conscious of homeland preservation”. Sample was students in
Mattayomsuksa 1 who studied at Khokkorpittayakhom School, Khokkor sub district,
Muang district, Maha Sarakham province, and 60 students in the second semester of
2556 academic year were selected by cluster random sampling. Research instrument
included 1) cartoon media support online lesson, 2) learning achievement test 3)
measurement test on conscious of homeland preservation, and 4) rating scale of
satisfaction questionnaire for cartoon media support online lesson. Statistics for this
analysis was average, percentage and standard deviation, and inferential statistics was
t-test (Independent).
This research found the following results.
1. Learning cartoon media support online lesson “Muang Takasila, raising
conscious of homeland preservation” of students in Mattayomsuksa 1 had 84.29 /
86.67 of standard proficiency.
2. Cartoon media support online lesson “Muang Takasila, raising conscious
of homeland preservation” had 0.8016 of effective index, representing the online
lesson could enhance students’ learning with 80.16 percent.
3. The students learnt cartoon media support online lesson having higher
learning achievement than normal study with statistical significance at .01.
4. The students learnt cartoon media support online lesson having posttest higher conscious of homeland preservation than pre-test with statistical
significance at .01.
5. The students had total satisfaction for cartoon media support online
lesson “Muang Takasila, raising conscious of homeland preservation”, divided to
content, learning process, learning instrument and media and evaluation and
measurement. It was equivalent of 4.81, which was the highest level.
