Abstract

This study aimed to the satisfaction of parents with the management of
private education in kindergarten area under the Office of Elementary, 1,
Mahasarakham. The subjects were 365 parents having their children attend schools
at the kindergarten Area under the Office of Elementary, 1, Mahasarakham in the
academic year 2012. The sample size was determined by using the Krejcie and
Morgan Table. The instrument used for collecting data was a rating-scale
questionnaire, with a reliability of 0.92, On the satisfaction of parents with the
management of private education in 6 aspects. The statistics used for analyzing
the collected data were mean, standard deviation and F-test.
The result of the study were as follow:
1. The parents had satisfaction of parents with the management of
private education overall in medium and in each aspect at a high level; administration
building and in each aspect at a medium level; business management students,
management personnel, relationship between school and community, academic
administration, And administrative and financial management.
2. The parents with the different career had different satisfaction of
parents with the management of private education in kindergarten area under the
Office of Elementary, 1, Mahasarakham. These were academic administration,
Business management students, Management personnel, administrative and
financial management, administration building, and relationship between school
and community. The significant difference was determined at the .05 level.
3. The parents with the different Education had different satisfaction
of parents with the management of private education in kindergarten area under
the Office of Elementary, 1, Mahasarakham. These were academic administration,
Business management students, Management personnel, administrative and
financial management, administration building, and relationship between school
and community. The significant difference was determined at the .05 level.
4. Recommendations for the management of education in private
schools. Office of Education respective owner suggested that one area. To have a
proper budget management and cost. People want to be able to function properly.
Want to have the flexibility to regulate traffic. Want to have control over the car in
the school. Provide security. Want to build a relationship with the school, the
community even more. Want to have to explain all the details about the cost of
the parent. To provide students with sufficient personnel. People want to be
polite to a musical role model. To provide students with more personal attention.
Want to add value and taste of food. To provide financial support, education and
more education. And needs to be explained about the activities and development
of children.
