The Monitoring and Evaluation Performance of The personnel as teachers return to school project. (Teaching Assistant) in Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 4

Abstract
Project restore, a student teacher, a project of the Council for basic education. To reduce
the unemployment rate of students completing a Bachelor in 2552 (2009). But until now it has not
yet been traced, and evaluation in order to get information to improve this project. It should have
an evaluation project. Aim of this research. To monitor and assess the performance of project
personnel, student teachers in the return (teachers, staff) to be a member of the county offices of
education elementary education, Khon Kaen area, District 4. And to find ways to do the job
according to the project. Group: Executive school Government teachers and education personnel.
The Office of academic education zone 4 zone in Khon Kaen district elementary water filled up.
How many 250 people from 50 school building is a random (Random Stratified Sampling) class who
use research tools to collect the data query is divided into 3 steps:
Part 1 of the health basic information about respondents query
Part 2 average and comments about tracking and evaluation.
Overall, the episode list 3 suggestions for follow-up and evaluation using the open end
of the query. Comments and suggestions are interesting primarily from low to high frequencies. The results of the study were as follows;
1. The results of monitoring and evaluation, the overall performance of the project

value was ( X = 4.37) assistant teachers can be taught in many schools.
1.2 The overall of input, the performance of the project were in a very appropriate
level. When considering the aspects were found that the aspect with highest average value were
( X = 4.51) assistant teachers are specialists in using computers and they are adequate for school
facilities. The aspect with lowest average value was ( X = 4.08) aassistant teachers work orderliness.
1.3 The overall of process, the performance of the project were in a very
appropriate level. When considering the aspects were found that the aspect with highest average
value were ( X = 4.43) improved performance when the task is not as good and evaluation in the
responsibility. The aspect with lowest average value was ( X = 4.22) teaching is assigned by the
administrator.
1.4 The overall of output, the performance of the project were in a very
appropriate level. When considering the aspects were found that the aspect with highest average
value were ( X = 4.59) educational administrators and teachers have a good feel for the project
and would like to continue this project further. The aspect with lowest average value was ( X =
4.30) new graduates choose this work.
In summary, teachers and administrators have good feelings towards this project. Assistant
teachers can teach instead of the teachers who missing class in schools and the administration
should be allocated assistant teachers to all schools, especially a small school and should have
training knowledge in order to develop self even more.
