Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop the process use of assessment
model for internal quality assessment of basic education institutions. The process
is devised into 4 steps : 1) to study internal quality assessment of basic education
institutions; 2) to construct the process use of assessment model for internal
quality assessment of basic education 3) to implement the process use of
assessment model for internal quality assessment of basic education institutions
4) to evaluate the implementation of the model. The result were as follows:
1. The context of the internal quality assessment of basic education
institutions had mistake something in the steps of internal quality assessment.
Therefore tdirector or teacher of the academic classroom should be the internal
quality evaluator only.
2. The construction of the process use of assessment model for
internal quality assessment of basic education institutions is composed of 5
stepshe assessment process is 1) The readiness preparation; 2) The evaluation
planning; 3) The data gathering 4) The analyzing and 5) The reporting and
improvement. Each step employed Demming Cycle. 3. The experiment of therocess use of ssessment model for internal
quality assessment of basic education institutions; the internal evaluators could
understand the Demming ycle for each step of the rocess use of ssessment; have
to change attitude knowledge and behavioral mannerisims in the assessment. But
the problem found wichin the Process use of Assessment model for internal
quality assessment of basic education institutions was the length of time that it
was in the experimental phase.
4. The evaluation implementing of the process use of assessment
model for internal quality assessment of basic education institutions was appropriate
and useful for the internal quality assessment by the stakeholders because the
director and the teachers were able to change the attitude knowledge and
behavioramannerisims
