in ability to use technology of the basic education core curriculum 2551 for high
school students. And to check validity the structural integrity of key core
competency Indicators in ability to use technology with empirical data. The
research is divided into two step; The first step was to development key core
competency Indicators in ability to use technology by using two methods was: 1)
Interview Sample. The Sample were 5 technology experts in universities and
secondary education area office. Obtained by purposive sampling technique. The
instruments used in the research semi-structured interview. For interviews or more
experts in the selection of key core competency indicators in ability to use

teaching technology in secondary school upper 10 years. Obtained by purposive
sampling technique. The instruments used in the research was form record group.
The group to consider certification and additional indicators to obtained by the
method developed in interviews with experts over the school. The second step to
examine validity the structural integrity the structural integrity of key core
competency indicators to ability use technology by developed using the model
confirmatory factor analysis. The sample were 820 students of 4-6 students at the
secondary school in Sisaket province. Area office of education school district 28.
Obtained by stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used in the
research was a closed-type five rating scale 41 items. Quantitative data analysis
using statistical analysis including mean, standard deviation and confirmatory
factor analysis. And qualitative data analysis using content analysis.
The results of the research were as follows :
1. The key core competency indicators of ability to use technology in
the basic education core curriculum 2551 for high school students. They
developed side number 3 on the 41 indicators. And comprised 20 indicators of
knowledge, 16 indicators of the skills and 8 indicators of the attitudes. By the
factor weights from the maximum to the minimum were skills, knowledge and
attitudes with loading of 0.93, 0.85 and 0.54 respectively.
2. The validation of the model structural core competency indicators
in ability to use technology with empirical data. Found the model was consistent
with empirical data.
In conclusion, the results of this research were the key core competency
indicators of the ability to use technology in the basic education core curriculum
2551 for high school students. Knowledge, skills and attitude technology. Which
will be used as guidelines to development potential of the upper secondary
