Abstract

Critical Thinking is Important for Society. person have been Critical Thinking will
recognition and understanding of the various events. decide correctly, Can take the existing data
for utilized Cost-effectively and timely. The purpose of this study was to a construction of a scale
on The Critical Internet Media of level 4 students under the Office of Si Sa Ket Educational
Service Area 2. to determine the quality of a construction of a scale on The Critical Internet
Media and to construct norms. The samples consisted of 625 of level 4 students from 5
schools, studying under the Office of Si Sa Ket Education Service Area 2 in the First semester of
the academic year 2010, obtained using the multi-stage random sampling technique. The
instruments used were a Scale on The Critical Internet Media, with 4 choices, totally 40 items,
created by the theory of Watson and Glazer form A and form B. The instruments were
experimented 3 times, to analyze for difficulty, discriminating powers And was to find out
reliabilities, construct validities, and construction of norms in a form of T - norm scores ;
and extension of T- scores using predictive equations Tc = 17.80 + 1.65X
The research findings were as follows :
1. In the first experiments, difficulty and discriminating powers of the a Scale on
of The Critical Internet Media with the values, ranging 0.12 to 0.85, -0.36 to 0.87 respectively.
2. In the second experiments, difficulty and discriminating powers of the a Scale
on of The Critical Internet Media with the values, ranging 0.14 to 0.85, -0.36 to 0.85
respectively.
3. In the Third experiments, difficulty and discriminating powers of the a Scale on
of The Critical Internet Media with the values, ranging 0.23 to 0.78, 0.25 to 0.82 respectively,
reliabilities of 0.78. Norms of the scale were : with T - norms ranging T19 -T84
In conclusion, the developed a Scale on of The Critical Internet Media of level 4
students under the Office of Si Sa Ket Education Service Area 2 could be used for
evaluation and used as a guideline for constructing the instruments for evaluation of
Critical Thinking of students in educational institutions in the future.
