บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารจัดการวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพในพื้นที่เขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และ3) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพ การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (mixed methods) โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างพระภิกษุในพื้นที่เขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 155 รูป/ คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ พระนักบริหารและประธานไวยาวัจกรวัด จำนวน 20 รูป/ คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารจัดการวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพในพื้นที่เขตบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ (=3.97, S.D. =0.665) 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ ( =4.11, S.D. =0.413) และ3) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพที่สร้างขึ้น เป็นรูปแบบที่บูรณาการหลักการบริหารสมัยใหม่ เข้ากับหลักพระธรรมวินัย ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนเชิงระบบ โครงสร้างและบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ชัดเจนการบริหารบุคคลและพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ปฏิบัติงาน การอำนวยการสั่งการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การประสานเครือข่ายวัด ชุมชน หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระบบรายงานผลและการสื่อสารที่โปร่งใส และการจัดทำงบประมาณที่คุ้มค่า ตรวจสอบได้ เพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการวัดให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทสังคมปัจจุบันและเกิดความยั่งยืน
