Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Research Supplies Fee Training Program of Institute for Innovative Learning, Mahidol University

Abstract
This study aims to 1) study the current problems 2) design a research supplies fee training program and 3) study the effectiveness of research supplies fee training program of institute for innovative learning, Mahidol university. This research uses action research method to collect data from participants. Selection of 17 purposive sampling participants. The research supplies fee training program has 2 topics which are 1) “services and inventory”, 2) “transportation, accommodation and compensation”. And have practice training the research supplies fee guide as well.
The results showed that the research supplies fee training programs are appropriate. Participants are satisfied at a high level. And after training, Participants have increased knowledge.
