The Factors within the Enterprise to Successful Implementation of the Government Savings Bank’s Policy of Retail Banking for Professionals in Nakornpathom

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study the implementation succession of a government savings bank’s policy loans to professionals (Nano - Finance)of the government savings bank in Nakornprathom 2)to study the factors within the organization that were associated with the successful operation of the government savings bank. This study is both a quantitative and qualitative research. The tools used to collect data include information, questionnaires and interviews. The data were collected from the management and 149 staff of the bank, 12branches and analyze data from questionnaires descriptive statistics, frequency, percent and average. Analyzed for correlation with statistical correlation and analysis of data from the interview using content analysis.
The results showed that 1) the results achieved in policy loans to professionals of the government savings bank is very high (4.26). There were 4 factors considered in study including messaging (4:40), resources (4:21), the attitude of workers (4:21) and organization (4:22).2) All the four factors used in the study have the least correlation in the successful implementation of the bank’s policy
