Abstract
Research on the relationship between awareness and adoption of good governance into practice, the organization, case studies, municipal Tambon Lat Ya, Mueang, Kanchanaburi following objectives: 1) to determine the level of awareness of good governance of the municipal Tambon Lat Ya, Mueang, Kanchanaburi 2) to study the adoption of good governance practices within municipal Tambon Lat Ya, Mueang, Kanchanaburi 3) to study the relationship between awareness and adoption of good governance, to the practice of the organization 4) to study the findings and recommendations to the navigation key to good governance.
The results showed that the level of awareness of the principles good governance to be operational within municipal Tambon Lat Ya, Mueang, Kanchanaburi find personnel municipal Tambon Lat Ya level of awareness of the leadership principles, good governance to the performance overall was very satisfactory. In the study, the adoption of good governance practices within municipal Tambon Lat Ya, Mueang, Kanchanaburi personnel at the main good governance into practice, the organization's overall excellent level and educational relations between awareness and adoption of good governance into practice, the organization of the relationship between awareness and adoption of good governance practices as a whole, overall awareness of the relationship between levels moderate and in line with the adoption of good governance practices overall.
