การปฏิรูปตนเองเป็นกลไกสำคัญสู่การเป็นครูมืออาชีพส่งผลต่อการปฏิรูปคุณภาพการศึกษา แนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญจะประสบผลสำเร็จมากน้อยเพียงไรก็คงต้องให้ผู้สอนเป็นสำคัญยิ่งกว่า ผู้สอนคือคนที่ออกแบบและจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนให้เหมาะกับพัฒนาการและธรรมชาติการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21

Self-reform is a key for teacher to be professional which help to improve the quality of education. While learner-centered approach attempts to reach the goal of education, a focus on teacher is much more important. Teacher is a designer and a facilitator in learning management and development in the 21^st century.
