บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาถึงกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารข้อมูลด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อบริหารจัดการต่อสถานการณ์วิกฤตการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ผ่านการวิเคราะห์จากทฤษฎีการสื่อสารภาวะวิกฤต บทความนี้เสนอความสำคัญของการสื่อสารข้อมูลด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเหตุผลและลดความวิตกกังวลของผู้คนที่เผชิญกับโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ให้ดำรงชีวิตอย่างปลอดภัยและมีสติ กระทรวงสาธารณสุขและทุกภาคส่วนต้องกำหนดเป้าหมายการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน เข้าใจความต้องการของผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบอย่างแท้จริง ออกแบบข้อความหลักของการสื่อสารให้สร้างสรรค์ โดดเด่น สร้างแรงจูงใจ ปรับทัศนคติมุ่งให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลง เลือกใช้แพลตฟอร์มโดยคำนึงถึงความเข้าถึง ปริมาณความถี่ ความสัมฤทธิ์และความต่อเนื่อง ผู้สื่อสารต้องจริงใจให้ข้อมูลถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว ตรงประเด็น การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับสื่อมวลชนและ
อินฟลูเอนเซอร์ ควบคุมทิศทางการเสนอประเด็นข่าวให้เป็นทิศทางเดียวกัน
ใช้การสื่อสารจากแหล่งเดียวอย่างเป็นทางการ เพิ่มความเชื่อมั่น ลดความสับสน สร้างความเข้าใจที่ตรงกัน เมื่อเกิดวิกฤตการสื่อสารใช้กลยุทธ์สื่อสารแบบการแก้ไขปรับปรุง ลบล้างและนิ่งเฉย
