ประกาศวารสาร JIBIS: มาตรการสุ่มตรวจบทความและการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI Guidelines & Random Screening Policy)

  1. การสุ่มตรวจบทความ (Random Audit): กองบรรณาธิการจะดำเนินมาตรการสุ่มตรวจบทความวิจัยในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการพิจารณา (ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอน Initial Screening, Peer Review ไปจนถึงขั้นตอนก่อนการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่) โดยใช้เครื่องมือตรวจจับ AI (AI Detection Tools) ร่วมกับการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลโดยกองบรรณาธิการ

  2. ข้อห้ามเรื่องการสร้างเนื้อหาและข้อมูลเท็จ (AI Generation & Hallucination): อนุญาตให้ใช้ AI ช่วยตรวจแก้ไขภาษาและไวยากรณ์เท่านั้น ห้ามใช้ AI ในการสังเคราะห์ เขียนเนื้อหา หรือรวบรวมรายการอ้างอิง หากตรวจพบว่าบทความมีการใช้ AI สร้างเนื้อหาขึ้นมา (AI-Generated Text) หรือมีรายการอ้างอิง/ข้อมูลที่ไม่ตรงกับความจริง และไม่สามารถสืบค้นแหล่งที่มาต้นฉบับได้จริง (AI Hallucination)

  3. บทลงโทษ (Action & Penalties):

    • กรณีอยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณา: วารสารจะทำการ ปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์ (Reject / Desk Reject) ทันที

    • กรณีตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่แล้ว: วารสารจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการ เพิกถอนบทความ (Retract) ออกจากระบบวารสารอย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกประวัติการละเมิดจริยธรรมวิชาการ

กองบรรณาธิการจึงขอเน้นย้ำให้ผู้เขียนทุกท่านทำการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ (Cross-check) แหล่งข้อมูลและเอกสารอ้างอิงทุกรายการก่อนการส่งบทความ เพื่อร่วมกันรักษามาตรฐานวิชาการสูงสุด

JIBIS Announcement: Article Random Screening Policy and Generative AI Compliance

To uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics, the Editorial Board of the Journal of Integrated Business Innovation and Sustainability (JIBIS) hereby announces strict measures regarding article screening and Generative AI usage:

  1. Random Article Audit: The Editorial Board actively conducts random audits on submitted manuscripts at all stages of the editorial workflow (including initial screening, peer review, and pre-publication) using advanced AI detection software and manual editorial checks.

  2. Strict Prohibition on AI Generation and Hallucination: AI tools are strictly limited to language and grammar refinement. Authors are prohibited from using AI to generate substantive manuscript content or citations. Manuscripts containing AI-generated text, fabricated data, or unverified/non-existent references (AI Hallucination) will not be tolerated.

  3. Penalties and Actions:

    • Under Review: The manuscript will face immediate Rejection / Desk Rejection.

    • Post-Publication: The article will be officially retracted from the journal repository, and a formal record of ethical non-compliance will be logged.

Authors are strongly advised to manually verify all facts, data, and citations against original primary sources prior to submission.
