Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

The JIBIS editorial team adheres to a rigorous evaluation process to ensure that all published articles meet the highest global academic standards.

  • Initial Screening: Every submitted manuscript undergoes a strict internal evaluation for scope, template compliance, and plagiarism checks before being sent to external review.

  • Double-Blind Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening undergo a comprehensive double-blind peer review by three independent external experts. The identities of both the authors and the reviewers are completely concealed from each other throughout the evaluation process.

  • Diverse Expertise: Our peer reviewers are selected from a diverse pool of established academic experts across multiple fields, including business administration, managerial economics, sustainable management (ESG), and organizational behavior.
